The course runs from 11am- to 3.30pm. Arrival from 10.30 for coffee etc
Stressed? Anxious? Lack of confidence? Spend the day at our calm and peaceful yard, and learn how to keep calm and focused. We will work in our classroom, and outside, on developing self-awareness, sports psychology, and learning how to manage anxiety. This course is very helpful for riders in all disciplines, also if you have been out of riding for a while and want to get back into it. This course is suitable for both riders and non-horse riders.

- Interaction with the horse: how horses think and react.

Coffee on arrival and a chat about what you would personally like to get out of the day. Bring a packed lunch and drinks wear comfortable clothing for posture work, outdoor footwear and a coat for walking in the fields. If you have your own art materials, please bring them if you would like to draw/paint. Enjoy spending time around the stables and meet the horses- see how they interact with you, if you would like to. If you would like to learn about ground work with the horses, please bring your riding hat and gloves.
